Shandong Ant Automobile Company was founded in 2014. At the beginning of its establishment, it focused on domestic logistics and second-hand car sales. It is located in Liangshan, Jining, the largest second-hand car trading base in Asia. It is a second-hand car trading enterprise certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The first officially certified second-hand car store of SINOTRUK, mainly selling tractors, dump trucks, mixer trucks, etc. In 2019, a specialized second-hand car sales department was established and sales exceeded 10 million that year. In 2021, a new Ant Auto brand was launched to move towards professional operations and successfully achieved sales exceeding 120 million. Sales are expected to reach 400 million this year, and About to launch a sprint towards the 1 billion sales target.

The company currently has more than 100 employees, including more than 50 domestic marketing service personnel and more than 10 overseas marketing personnel. It consists of a domestic sales center and an overseas marketing center, an export documentary department, an administrative department, and a domestic logistics department.

The company has multiple maintenance and inventory workshops, including a maintenance workshop of 15,000 square meters in Qihe and a parking lot of 15,000 square meters that can store 500 vehicles. There are three parking lots in Liangshan that can park a total of 5-600 vehicles of various types. The maintenance workshop in Liangshan is 25,000 square meters.
